The Company has a well structured Service Department. The
department caters to all the customers needs with respect
to service and spares. The department has a team of well qualified
and experienced service engineers.
Services Offered
The Services offered by the department are :
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment supplied
by OEMs ( turbines, compressors, blowers, gearboxes, alternators
/ motors, dryers, CO2 bulk storage systems, piping
systems, etc.)
- Resolution of warranty / guarantee issues.
- Planned maintenance of the above machinery including Annual
Maintenance Contracts.
- Breakdown maintenance of the above machinery.
- Re- rates and modification to existing machinery like
compressors, blowers, turbines, etc.
- Relocation of machines from existing location to a new
location.
Spares
The department provides the following spares management
facilities :
- Helps customers identify and place
spares orders.
- Co-ordinates with the OEMs for supply of spares.
- Helps customers in procurement of indigenous spares.
The Company has been appointed as a
"Distributor" by FS-Elliott for the spares of
Centrifugal Air Compressors under which all Spare Parts sale
are undertaken through CICB.
The service engineers are located at Bangalore, Cochin, Pune
, Delhi and Mumbai.
