Elliott Turbomachinery Inc.'s Sole Sales Representative

The group setup its second CO2

Chemicon (short for
Chemical Consultants) was formed to continue the consultancy
business & help CICB concentrate on sale of Elliott
equipment. |
1983 |
Chemicon started marketing and sale of
carbon dioxide produced by the CO2 plants
of the group. |

The manufacturing facility,
Kanara Engineering Company, located in Mangalore
was bought by the group. |
1986 |
The group setup its third CO2
manufacturing plant in Kanpur, North India. |

The group set up its
fourth CO2 bottling plant at Kalol in
Gujarath State. |
1998 |
The group sold its CO2
manufacturing & marketing business to Praxair Inc,
USA. |

Obtained ISO:9001 certification
from BVQI & in 2001, upgraded to ISO:9001:2000 |
2000 |
Entered into a Technical Collaboration
with Henderson Engineering, USA, for manufacture
of their SAHARA range of air dryers in India. |

Turbocharger division
of Elliott Turbomachinery sold to Cooper Energy Services
Inc, who continue us as their representatives in India. |
2002 |
Tied up with Kaltenbach-Turing, SA, France,
who provide process technology and complete plants to
fertiliser companies. |
2003 |
Signed a MOU with EQTEC
Iberia, SL, Spain, for manufacture and sale
of fluidised bed gasifiers. |

Signed the sale and
manufacturing license with T.K.Energi AS, Denmark, for
their range of fixed bed gasifiers. |
2003 |
PAP compressor division
of Elliott Turbomachinery sold to Fu-Sheng Industrial
Co. Ltd., Taiwan, who continue us as their representatives
in India. |

Appointed as the Manufacturer
Representative of Dresser Rand in India for their range
of steam turbines. |
2005 |
Obtained ASME "U"
Stamp Certificate of Authorisation for manufacture of
pressure vessels. |

The Company received
an "in-principle" go ahead from its Principal,
FS-Elliott Co., LLC, Taiwan, for the packaging of centrifugal
compressors in India. |

effect from 1st April, 2005, CICB-Chemicon Pvt Ltd. has
taken over all the businesses of the group and henceforth
will provide all the groups services and products. |
